Wipro PARI utilizes Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) to manage projects and deliverables. CCPM enables the scheduling and management of complex manufacturing projects, with a focus on identifying and addressing bottlenecks to improve the throughput of the overall system.

Using specialized CCPM software tools, Wipro PARI has developed and implemented its own Micro Planning Tool (MPT) to support CCPM implementation.
