Person-to-Goods
Person-to-Goods with RGV
SKU pallets are presented at picking locations through an RGV, with HHT-guided case picking supporting mixed-pallet preparation.
Wipro PARI provides integrated logistics automation solutions across end-of-line operations, warehouse automation, intralogistics, picking and dispatch, supported by supply chain IT and digital technologies.
By connecting physical automation with warehouse and manufacturing systems, Digital Twin and AI, these technologies can operate as part of a connected digital ecosystem rather than as isolated automation systems.
01. Turnkey Integrated Solution
Wipro PARI brings together end-of-line, warehouse, intralogistics, picking, dispatch automation and supply chain IT within an integrated logistics automation approach.
Rather than treating each operation independently, the solution scope connects material movement across manufacturing, storage, fulfilment and dispatch, supported by automation and digital technologies. This end-to-end portfolio is the anchor story specified for the Turnkey Integrated Solution.
Across this flow, Wipro PARI's capabilities include ASRS, stacker cranes, shuttle systems, RGVs and EMS, AMRs and AGVs, palletising, sorting, end-of-line automation, lifts, carousels, WMS and WCS, picking stations, virtual commissioning, remote assistance, supply chain IT and AI.
Wipro PARI's integrated logistics automation approach brings together:
The turnkey approach extends beyond physical automation to a connected digital ecosystem combining ASRS, AMR, IT-OT convergence, Digital Twin and AI.
Within this connected environment, WCS, WES, MES, SCADA and ERP can work together with physical automation, enabling material movement and operational information to be managed across an integrated system.
ASRS stores inventory, AMRs move material between processes, WES/WCS orchestrates movement, MES manages production execution, while AI and Digital Twin technologies support optimisation and virtual validation.
02. Warehouse Automation
Wipro PARI's warehouse automation portfolio covers automated storage and retrieval for pallets and boxes, supported by storage, shuttle, racking and material-handling configurations designed for different operational requirements.
Pallet ASRS – Shuttle | Crane | Hybrid
Mini-load ASRS
ASRS for Pallets & Boxes
Mother-Child & 4-Way Shuttle

High-Speed Lifts
Vertical Carousels
Wipro PARI's shuttle portfolio includes different 3D, 2D and 1D configurations to address varying requirements for storage flexibility and throughput.
Inventory data, including batch length and pallet quantity, can also be analysed to support storage sizing and configuration.
The AS/RS approach supports 3–5X storage density, vertical storage up to 40–50 m, FEFO compliance, cold-chain integrity and near-100% inventory accuracy.

Automated storage supports batch selection, expiry management and lot segregation for FEFO execution. Automated movement can also reduce door opening, temperature excursions and manual exposure in cold-chain environments.
03. End-of-Line Automation
Wipro PARI's end-of-line automation scope connects packaging, palletisation, sorting and material movement at the end of the production process.

Palletisation
The portfolio includes conveyor sorting and packaging systems, mixed palletisation, gantry and robot palletisers, sorting conveyors and spirals, high-speed lifts and vision-based de-palletisation.
Wipro PARI's mixed pallet automation generates pallet-building coordinates based on product and pallet parameters, placement coordinates, rotations and stacking constraints.
The robot interface combines IPC-generated coordinates, a Fanuc 3DV camera and the Wipro PARI optimisation algorithm with GUI to support automated pallet building.
Vision-based de-palletisation supports automated handling of palletised loads as part of the end-of-line automation process.
It forms part of Wipro PARI's integrated end-of-line portfolio, supporting automated pallet handling alongside palletisation, sorting and material movement.
7000+
Robots Installed
Wipro PARI provides intralogistics automation for manufacturing and warehouse environments using AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, RGVs and related material-movement technologies.
Its AGV and AMR experience covers system development, integration, production deployment and applications across industrial environments. The documented journey extends from 2005 to 2022+ and includes UL3100 and ANSI/RIA R15.08 certifications, along with a software platform supporting servicing, interoperability and RaaS.

Applications include picking-assistant AMRs, stacker AMRs and container destuffing using AMR + arm configurations.
AMR applications also include case handling using AMR + cobot configurations.
AMR applications extend across RM/PM movement, WIP, finished goods, samples, QC, reject and waste handling.
AMRs can dynamically navigate around obstacles, supporting flexible material movement without fixed paths and allowing operations to adapt to changing production requirements.
Wipro PARI's documented AGV/AMR safety framework includes ANSI/RIA R15.08 and R15.06 standards, SIL-2 circuitry and Safe Torque Off. Direct-loaded AMR configurations include technologies such as 360° LiDAR, safety scanners, auto-hitching, swappable batteries and rocker-bogey suspension.
05. Picking Automation
Wipro PARI provides picking automation across Person-to-Goods, Goods-to-Person and Goods-to-Robot configurations, enabling different approaches based on SKU mix, throughput and operational requirements.
SKU pallets are presented at picking locations through an RGV, with HHT-guided case picking supporting mixed-pallet preparation.
The required SKU is automatically presented at the picking location for operator-led picking. This configuration is mapped for low-throughput, high-SKU applications.
Different configurations address varying throughput and SKU requirements:
The picking and dispatch portfolio extends into automated truck loading and unloading through Non-Modified ATLS, AMR ATLS and Modified ATLS.
Non-Modified ATLS supports back loading through one-shot roller-bed/moving-floor systems, telescopic fork loading and side loading with RGV for open-body trucks.
AMR ATLS uses 3D LiDAR forklift technology and SLAM navigation to support automated loading and unloading.
Modified ATLS uses a chain-runner conveying system, with AGV/AMR loading supported through a Multi-Telescopic Loading System.
